## Who this is for

IT service providers delivering something at their own customer and needing capability that
is not in the building right now. That is not an exception, it is the normal state of a
market where every product changes yearly.

## How it works

You stay in the driving seat and keep looking after your customer. We are the extra pair of
hands: our senior system engineers and solution architects work on the project, and the
customer relationship stays yours.

That is the point on which this kind of arrangement turns. Anyone who arrives as support and
takes the relationship with them does not get called a second time.
